Motor (TKM) has introduced a first-of-its-kind ‘Door Delivery’ option for
customers to procure genuine parts. It aims to reinforce TKM’s relentless
commitment to enhancing customer experience. The initiative is an extension of
the ‘Toyota Parts Connect’, a key outreach program, launched in 2015, to assist
customers with the availability and accessibility of genuine parts.
With the
introduction of this option, customers will have the choice to opt for pickup
of parts from the dealerships or get it home delivered. Toyota has further
increased the range of products under this program to include car care
essentials, engine oil, tyre, battery etc. The service is currently available
across 12 cities and will be further expanded to all Indian cities by the
year-end.
