Sub:  FINAL ORDER UNDER SECTIONS 11(1), 11(4), 11A AND SECTION 11B OF THE SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE BOARD OF INDIA ACT, 1992, IN THE MATTER OF M/S CAMSON BIO TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED.

SEBI vide its order no. WTM/GM/EFD/ 12 /2020–21 dated June 22, 2021 has inter-alia issued following directions:

• In view of the observations at paragraph 9 of the aforesaid Order, the present proceedings initiated against Camson Bio Technologies Limited vide the SCN dated February 9, 2017, stands disposed of.

·         Dhirendra Kumar, Akbal Narayan Singh, Veerendra Kumar, Karan Singh, Shivanand Singh, Sangeeta Kshetry, Ram Yadav and Camson Farm Produce Limited shall not access the securities market or buy, sell or otherwise deal in the securities market, either directly or indirectly for a period of 5 years from the date of this Order.

·         During the period of restraint, Dhirendra Kumar, Akbal Narayan Singh, Veerendra Kumar, Karan Singh, Shivanand Singh, Sangeeta Kshetry, Ram Yadav and Camson Farm Produce Limited, shall not liquidate their existing holding of securities including units of mutual funds,

·         Also dispose of the SCN dated February 9, 2017, against Sudha K., K. Ramaswamy, Jamuna Prasad and Sanatan Herbals and Naturals Limited without any further directions.

This Order is effective from the date of the order.
