After making her long-awaited comeback with new single Solar Power, New Zealand songstress Lorde has revealed the release date and tracklist for her upcoming studio album of the same name.
The 24-year-old had everyone talking when she released her summery single in June - her first release since 2017's Melodrama.
According to NME, the singer revealed that her third studio album, also titled Solar Power, will be available from 20 August.
In a statement shared by the publication, Lorde described the upcoming album as "a celebration of the natural world, an attempt at immortalizing the deep, transcendent feelings I have when I'm outdoors."
She added: "In times of heartache, grief, deep love, or confusion, I look to the natural world for answers. I've learned to breathe out, and tune in. This is what came through."
As an alternative to a CD, the album will be presented as an eco-conscious music box, containing visual content, handwritten notes, exclusive photos and a download card.
