Jim Sarbh And Ishwak Singh To Star In SonyLIV’s Much Awaited ‘Rocket Boys’

India gave the world two great and extremely talented nuclear physicists- Homi Bhabha & Vikram Sarabhai. SonyLIV’s upcoming original, titled Rocket Boys is based on the life of these two renowned scientists and it will take us through their incredible journey. They converted dreams into reality and made way for some of the biggest discoveries. The makers recently revealed that we will get to see Ishwak Singh as Vikram A Sarabhai and Jim Sarbh as Homi J Bhabha.

Rocket Boys is helmed by Abhay Pannu and Produced by Siddharth Roy Kapur, Monisha Advani, Madhu Bhojwani, Nikkhil Advani. The show is all set to take us back to the era, witness their journey, understand their work and dig deeper, and understand what makes them so relevant even today.

These guys, Vikram and Homi, were just so fascinating. Two young men with fantastical dreams for their country, who just kept at it, working and working, to bring their visions into reality, to make their country a scientific superpower. And all the while, through toil and trouble, they managed to have colorful exuberant lives, as well! I can’t wait for the audience to watch it on SonyLIV.

I am proud to be a part of ‘Rocket Boys’, which presents the journey of Indian scientists and their extraordinary work for space and nuclear research and education. Rocket Boys certainly does seem quite interesting and we can’t wait to watch it. The release date hasn’t been revealed yet but we can expect it to be out sometime soon.
