    Nutrition and house arrest/home detention?

Suppose you can't leave your house for 6 months and you have a home gym. How would you go about getting your food? There are 2 ends to the spectrum.

#1 have an Uber or some other food service provider bring you fresh food every day. Pros, it's going to taste good and you'll have a variety. Cons, it's going to be expensive.
#2 buy it all in advance. Pros, it's going to save money. Cons, it probably won't taste good and you'll need a lot of freezer space.

An option #3 would be a combination of both. You buy enough food in advance for 5-6 days worth of meals and the other days you have something delivered that meets your macros.
    For example, I try to hit 150 grams of protein a day. 150 grams x 180 days = 27,000 grams. That's about 60 pounds.

How would you devise a nutrition plan for yourself if you were under house arrest? Asking for another friend.
