How to remove your Google account from a lost device
Did you lose your mobile, tablet or laptop and your Gmail account has sensitive information about you and work? Google lets you remotely log out of your Gmail account if your device gets lost or goes missing.

All you need is access to your Gmail account to use Google’s privacy features to remotely log out of any connected devices.

Here is how you can log out of your Gmail account remotely:
1.

Head to www.google.com from any browser.

2.

Click on the profile icon and choose the “Manage your Google Account” option.

3.

Go to the “Security” tab and click on the “Manage Devices” option at the bottom of the “Your Devices” section.

4.

Find the device you want to sign out of, click on the three dots on the top right of your device, and then click on the “Sign Out” option.

5.

You will be asked to confirm if you really wanted to sign out, press on “Sign Out”.

You will be signed out of your Google Account from your lost account as soon as that device is reconnected to the internet.
