New Delhi, Jun 20 (UNI) Lakshadweep Collector on Sunday refuted the reports which claimed that the administration has suggested shifting of its legal jurisdiction from Kerala to neighbouring Karnataka.
In an official message of District Collector, the administration denied any such move.
“There is no proposal of Lakshadweep Administration to shift its legal jurisdiction from the High Court of Kerala to the High Court of Karnataka. The news about shifting of jurisdiction of the high court from Kerala to Karnataka is baseless and is devoid of truth”, the message read.
