Sure to open up more (typically unproductive) debate on the issue, but the 2021 (2020?) Olympics has its first transgender athlete. Although having passed through male puberty, while T levels are maintained below a threshold, Laurel Hubbard is entitled to compete in Women's Weightlifting 87Kg

Yeah, he's in the picture in this 2019 article: https://www.t-nation.com/alpha-life/...womens-sports/
It is no measure of health to be well adjusted to a profoundly sick society.
It's easy to not be afraid of tigers when you're sitting in your living room watching a television program about tigers. When you're in the jungle where the tigers are, it's quite a different story.

I've thought that in the past, but one problem is that the transgender categories in each sport could be so small that there may be only 1 or 2 people showing up. IMO, there is no workable solution that is going to make everyone happy, so I think trans athletes should just compete against men. Sure, they will be at a disadvantage, but it seems like a better solution than putting every single female competitor at a disadvantage, and it still allows trans athletes to compete.
It takes a big man to cry, but it takes a bigger man to laugh at that man.
