Guest experience platform SevenRooms’ integration with OrderMate will allow hospitality operators to obtain data and insights which will be used to deliver more personalised experiences to guests. The said partnership will help hospitality operators run better businesses.

SevenRooms integrates with Australia-based point-of-sale (POS) platform OrderMate. The integration connects OrderMate’s POS order data with SevenRooms’ guest experience platform that allows venues to obtain and leverage guest insights across the customer journey.

The integration, SevenRooms says, will also enable hospitality operators to use guest insights to craft personalised services and automated marketing. The partnership will help restaurants, bars, and hotels to analyse reservation spending and historical purchase data in real-time to boost revenue and repeat visits.

“We’re thrilled to partner with OrderMate to bring data-driven insights to venues so they can deliver personalised experiences to their guests, bringing them back time and time again,” says SevenRooms general manager Paul Hadida. “Like SevenRooms, OrderMate’s mission is to help hospitality operators run better businesses and with our new integration, and we’re enhancing our ability to do just that. For businesses today, data is sacrosanct. By partnering with OrderMate and combining our collective expertise, we are giving venues the foundation to better understand their customers and deliver the experiences they value, remember, and recommend.”

"The marriage of two powerful platforms, SevenRooms and OrderMate, instantly benefits venues and customers alike,” claims OrderMate head of product Julian Perry.

“This simple and slick integration provides the operator better patron data while increasing the speed of service. SevenRooms and OrderMate are like-minded partners, together we build tools that enhance customer experience and streamline venue operations. It's exciting to empower venue operators by allowing them to realise the positive impact of data and automated systems on how they work, market themselves and engage with their customers,” Perry concludes.
