It's officially time for Amazon Prime Day, and the retailer is gearing up with some deals, many of which focus on Amazon devices such as Ring Doorbells and security cameras. During the days of June 21-22, we'll likely see even more Ring deals during the Amazon Prime Day sale, but there are already some pretty great discounts available right now. As official early Prime Day deals, you need to be a Prime member to take advantage of Ring discounts, but luckily there are ways to get Amazon Prime for free. We've rounded up the best Ring Doorbell and security camera deals available now, and we'll continue to update this article as more deals become available.
Before we get into the deals, we should note that most of the early Ring discounts focus on certified refurbished products. That said, Amazon's certified refurbished devices look and operate as new and come with the same warranty as a brand-new product. Buying certified refurbished is a great way to save even more money on your purchase of an Amazon device. We'll also undoubtedly see discounts on new Ring devices. Last year, Ring Doorbells and cameras were on sale for around 30% off during Prime Day. Ring devices aren't the only Amazon products on sale ahead of Prime Day. You can also save on Echo devices and Fire TVs.
Ring Video Doorbell Pro (Refurbished)
$90 (was $140)
Ring Video Doorbell Pro is available for $90 for Prime subscribers, down from $140. This is a certified refurbished product that's guaranteed to work and look like it's new. The Pro has a 1080p video feed that can be seen on your smartphone, tablet, or even an Echo device. You can chat through the speaker without ever having to leave your seat to answer the door. The Pro is also equipped with motion sensing with customizable motion zones that will ping your phone when activity is detected.
Ring Video Doorbell Pro + Echo Show 5 (Refurbished)
$110 (was $195)
If you don't already have an Echo device, you may want to opt for this Ring Video Doorbell Pro deal. For just $20 more than the doorbell by itself, you can get a bundle with an Echo Show 5. The Echo Show 5 acts as a smart hub and supports video calls, streaming, and more. Of course, you can sync it to your Ring Video Doorbell Pro and use it as a screen to monitor activity and interact with those at your doorstep.
Ring Video Doorbell Elite (Refurbished)
$130 (was $300)
You can grab a certified refurbished Ring Doorbell Elite for $130, down from $300. The Elite has the same basic features as the Pro, but it has one significant difference when setting it up. It connects via ethernet to provide a more stable connection. This may be beneficial if you have spotty Wi-Fi, but it also means that installation is more complicated and may require a professional.
Ring Stick Up Cam Battery (Refurbished)
$60 (was $90)
The Ring Stick Up Cam Battery is a versatile security camera that can be used indoors or outdoors. It has a cordless design with a rechargeable battery and can be placed anywhere or mounted. You can talk to people through the speaker using your smartphone, tablet, or Echo device. With the Ring app, you can monitor activity while you're away from home. This is also a certified refurbished device, but it has the same warranty and performance as a new Ring Stick Up Cam Battery.
Ring Floodlight Cam Wired Pro (2-Pack)
$250 (was $500)
The Ring Floodlight Cam Pro is one of the best outdoor security cameras you can buy, thanks to its wide viewing range, motion detection, and floodlights that can act as a deterrent to intruders. Like other Ring products, it features active alerts and can even save recordings if you purchase a separate Ring Protect Plan subscription. Right now, you can save $40 on the Ring Floodlight Cam Wired Pro when you buy two. It's not an incredible deal, but we rarely see discounts on this particular Ring device.
