Josef Seibel, a German shoe manufacturer, has announced that this autumn-winter season, the company has added new material merino wool to its range. The footwear firm has found three models with uppers in merino wool: Noah sneakers for men, Noih sneakers for women, and Cadiz home slippers for women, branded Westland by Josef Seibel.

Colour choices for sneakers include ocean blue, purple, green, moss green, grey, rust, and anthracite, according to Josef Seibel’s press release. The comfortable lace-up styles are soft and stable in shape due to the merino wool. Soles feature 2.5 cm height in the heel area. EVA and TR soles with grooves are light in weight. Noah sneakers for men are available in sizes 39 to 50, while Noih for women, goes from size 36 to 45.

Complementing the line, Westland by Josef Seibel has designed matching Cadiz slippers with rubber soles, ideal for indoor and even outdoor wear. Cadiz is not just functional, but modern and with a fresh design with colour choices that include: purple, ocean blue, anthracite, grey, and green. All styles with merino wool uppers are available in extra-comfort G width and feature high-quality exchangeable insoles, the company added.

“Wool fibres with tiny air bubble allow for ventilation. Merino wool will naturally repel water and dirt due to the composition of fibres, and the outer material will resist tears. This wool is also naturally non-pilling, so it looks as good as new for a long time, while remaining always with a silky feel,” the footwear manufacturer stated in the release.
