Victoria has recorded no new local Covid-19 cases while Melbourne residents enjoyed their first weekend of travel freedom after more restrictions were eased.
The Health Department said only two new cases were recorded on Sunday, both in hotel quarantine.
The results came after 19,502 tests were conducted and 12,242 vaccines were administered in the last 24 hours.
There are 51 active cases in the state, including those in hotel quarantine who acquired their infection overseas.

Melbourne residents also enjoyed their first weekend of travel freedom following the easing of more restrictions.
Both the 25km radius rule and the ban on regional travel were scrapped on Friday.
Melbourne residents can also host two adult visitors in their homes per day and gather outdoors in groups of 20.
Masks are no longer required outdoors either, and businesses such as gyms and indoor entertainment reopened.
A negative test requirement for Melburnians heading to the snowfields is the only new condition on intrastate travel.

Victorian chief health officer Brett Sutton said snow resorts posed a 'high-risk environment'.
'The industry has to be protected,' he said. 'A single case infectious on the mountain would be a potential superspreader event.'
Acting Premier James Merlino would not rule out the additional measure staying in place beyond June 25, when restrictions are likely to ease again for Melbourne and regional Victoria.
Weekend plans to escape to the city were also dashed after Melburnians were told to steer clear of storm-ravaged regions as clean-up efforts continue.
Parts of the state, including the Dandenong Ranges and Gippsland, were hit by devastating storms and floods last week.

Around 7,000 homes are still without power with forecasts some will not be reconnected to the grid until as late as July 10.
'My strong message to anyone that is not a local, that does not live up here, stay away,' Emergency Management Commissioner Andrew Crisp said on Thursday.
'You'll be getting in the way of all the great work trying to clear the roads.'
As well as road closures, many national parks have been shut after being deemed inaccessible or dangerous.
The Dandenong and Yarra ranges national parks and 11 others to Victoria's east are among the long list off-limits to visitors.
