Hey hey now im 32 and almost as strong as I ever was and in great shape and haven’t touched a barbell in 7 years. Push-ups, Dips, Chin-ups, Pullups. Also have exercise tubes.
Grip is unreal. Currently 180lbs grip strength
Biking 10 miles like it’s nothing. Running faster than normal. Wow i could compete in the UFC
