Hey guys and gals,
I'm a 47 year old former fatass I was 335lbs roughly 9 years ago. My weight loss has been a long long process. I currently am 185 and around 13% BF. My I have some vascularity and some visual muscle definition, abs are there but just cant seem to nail down diet,macros or cal deficit?
I am currently eating 1850 cal and close to 180g of protien a day.
I train heavy 3 days a week, and kettlebell circuits 2 days a week I walk 12000 steps a day , and do at least 30 min of cardio a day... I have a active job as well.
I get to where i just want to keep cutting calories.. because i keep gaing and then losing the same 3 to 5 lbs over and over.. 185 -180.. help?
