Sub:  CORRIGENDUM TO THE ORDER DATED JUNE 17, 2021 BEARING REFERENCE NUMBER WTM/MB/CFD/DCR/12284/2021-22 IN THE MATTER OF ATLAS JEWELLERY INDIA LIMITED.

In continuation to the Exchange Notice No. 20210617-43 dated June 17, 2021 on the captioned matter.

SEBI vide its order no. WTM/MB/CFD/DCR/12284A/2021-22 dated June 18, 2021 has inter-alia stated that the Securities and Exchange Board of India has passed an Order dated June 17, 2021 bearing reference number WTM/MB/CFD/DCR/12284/2021-22 in the matter of Atlas Jewellery India Limited. In the said Order, paragraph no. 95.1.2., shall be read as: “For the violation of clause 35 of the Listing Agreement and regulation 72 (1)(c) of ICDR Regulations, Atlas Jewellery India Ltd., is hereby restrained from accessing the securities market and from buying, selling or otherwise dealing in securities, directly or indirectly, or being associated with the securities market in any manner, for a period of one year from the date of this order except for the purpose of complying with the minimum public shareholding norms as directed in this Order.”

The Order dated June 17, 2021 bearing reference no. WTM/MB/CFD/DCR/12284/2021-22 shall always be read with this corrigendum.

This Order is effective from the date of the order.

A copy of the said Order is attached herewith and available on the SEBI website www.sebi.gov.in.
