Hi guys I'm a new member here and looking for some advice, did some training through my late teens and early 20s, used Peds with good results but stopped when I became a dad and a husband, got a dad bod now but have a quite physical job which maintains my strength, looking for some guidance on a low dose test only cycle, have read up on some studies where a 100mg week, 4 week on/ off approach is used with great results, need some more experienced guys with 1st hand knowledge to point me in the right direction? If this is prohibited as a topic let me know
