The apex court has said that other courts in the country can't use the Delhi HC's bail decision for the activists as a precedent.

While Delhi Police has challenged the bail granted by the Delhi high court to student activists Natasha Narwal, Devangana Kalita and Asif Iqbal Tanha in the Delhi riots case, the Supreme Court refused to stay the decision.

However, the apex court has said that other courts in the country can’t use this decision as a precedent.
