Itel Magic 2 4G with dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi priced at ₹2,349 on launch in India; Check top features

In an age of smartphones, here is a feature phone that the company says is smart and can provide tangible benefits to users. Itel has announced the launch of a new smart feature phone in India. Itel is known for its budget offerings especially in the feature phone segment in India which is the biggest market for feature phones in the world. Itel’s latest feature phone comes with a host of smart features. Itel Magic 2 4G Superphone has been launched as the company’s dual 4G VoLTE phone. The feature phone also comes with support for Wi-Fi and hotspot tethering that allows it to connect up to 8 devices.

In terms of specs, the Itel Magic 2 4G features a 2.4-inch QVGA 3D curved display. It comes with support for nine languages including English, Hindi, Gujarati, Punjabi, Tamil, Telugu, Bengali, Kannada and Malayalam. Its connectivity options include 2G, 3G,dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi, 3.5mm headphone jack and Bluetooth V2.0. Tt has a dual SIM slot with support for these connectivity options. The Itel Magic 2 4G can also be used as a Wi-Fi hotspot tethering device to connect up to 8 devices at once. The feature phone is also equipped with a text-to-speech king voice feature through which users can listen to incoming calls, menu, messages, contacts from the phonebook and more.

The Itel Magic 2 4G also packs a 1,900mAh battery with a standby time for up to 24 days. The feature phone is powered by a T117 chipset paired with 128MB of internal storage that can be expanded up to 64GB. The phone also features a 1.3-megapixel rear camera with flash. It comes with support for up to 2,000 contacts, 500 SMS and 250 MMS.
