Got our first 8-ball zucchini from the garden yesterday. My wife sliced it, sprayed it with some olive and added some seasoning, then baked it at 350 for about 10 minutes. It smelled like pizza. So we took it out of the oven, spooned on some pizza sauce and topped it with cheese. Broiled it until the cheese turned brown, about 5 minutes. They were delicious. If we had some sausage or pepperoni, we would have added that.
