Aurangabad reports 100 new COVID cases, 252 recoveries, 5 deaths

Aurangabad, Jun 16 (UNI) Aurangabad district on Wednesday reported 100 fresh cases of COVD--19 , taking the caseload in the district so far to 1,45,008 ,official sources said.
The district also reported five COVID related deaths taking the deaths toll to 3,361.
The district also reported 252 recoveries, taking the overall count of people having recovered from the virus to 1,40,366.
Presently, Aurangabad has 1,281 active cases undergoing treatment at different hospitals and Covid Care centres, they added.
Report from Jalna district stated that, 40 fresh cases of corona positive while no death was reported on today in the district .
While 41 cured were discharged during today and 321 active patients were under treatment.
Reports from Hingoli district stated that ,five fresh positive cases and single death was reported on today.
While 11 cured were discharged and 69 active patients were under treatment,they added.
