BREAKING NEWS: Small plane crashes off New Jersey coast with 'three people on board'
A small plane has crashed just off the coast of New Jersey.
The incident occurred at about 11.30am about one mile into the water off Long Beach Island, NBC4 reports.
There are reports that three people were on board at the time and they are currently in the water.
It is not clear if they are injured.
Police are currently out on the water in jet skis and the US Coast Guard is responding.
