Man arrested in connection to fatal shooting in Over-the-Rhine

Cincinnati police arrested a suspect on Thursday in connection to a fatal shooting in Over-the-Rhine.

Branden Caulton, 33, is charged with the murder of 53-year-old John Barron, according to a release. 

Officers responded to a report of a person shot at the 1500 block of Goose Alley around 7:30 a.m. on Monday, where they found Barron dead at the scene, police said. 

The investigation is ongoing and police are asking anyone with information about the shooting to call the department's homicide unit at 513-352-3542.
