NSE-BSE bulk deals: Max Ventures sells Max Financial stake worth Rs 783 crore

MUMBAI: Max Ventures Investment Holdings today sold a part of its stake in for Rs 782.9 crore through a bulk deal on the National Stock Exchange.

Max Ventures sold 7.82 million shares of Max Financial at Rs 1,000.1 apiece through a bulk deal. In a separate transaction, the Government of Singapore bought 6 million shares of the company at Rs 1,000 per share through a bulk deal.

Meanwhile, ’ promoter entity Leasing & Finance sold 130,000 shares of the company at Rs 1,165 apiece through a block deal on the BSE.

Kenneth Andrade’s Old Bridge Capital bought 725,701 shares of at Rs 495 apiece through a bulk deal on the NSE.

In a separate transaction, Franklin Strategic Emerging Markets Fund IV sold another 893,388 shares of Globus Spirits at Rs 490.2 per share through a bulk deal. The fund also sold the company’s shares on Wednesday and Tuesday.
