Ray Hadley has sold his stunning Dural estate for an undisclosed amount, after it was listed with a $7.7 million to $8 million price guide, Domain reports. 

According to the publication, the 2GB radio host is planning to downsize with his new wife, Sophie Baird. 

The estate features not one but two residences, after Ray built a sprawling five-bedroom pad on the land near an existing pad.

The new home Ray built back in 2006 features an at-home cinema and two swimming pools.  

It has five bedrooms, four bathrooms and room for up to 10 cars in it's garage and barn.

The second residence is a cottage or farmhouse that features four bedrooms, three bathrooms and a four-car garage.

There is also a tennis court on the property. 

It comes after Ray tied the knot with new wife Sophie Baird, his former secretary. 

The pair married in an intimate ceremony at Saddles, a gourmet restaurant in Mount White on Saturday, March 27.

Among the 118 guests were Ray's first wife Anne Marie and his three children Daniel, Laura and Sarah as well as Sophie's children Nick and Jessie, from her first marriage.

They then enjoyed a honeymoon on the idyllic Hayman Island during the Easter break. 

Ray and Sophie had to postpone their big day on three occasions last year due to Covid-19.
