Swedish report criticises govt for lacking ambition and rural focus to hit 'confusing' broadband targets

Rural development association Hela Sverige Ska Leva (HSSL) and broadband provider IP-Only have published a report saying that sixteen out of Sweden's 21 regions might never reach the government's broadband targets. The report 'Sweden not totally connected 2025' makes three main points about the national strategy. It says the countryside loses out, that the government's will is too weak, and that the long-term goals are confusing.
