Joe Francis’ luxe Mexican hotspot suffers ‘extensive’ damage in fire

Things got a little too hot to handle for “Girls Gone Wild” creator Joe Francis in Punta Mita, Mexico, as his oceanside estate went up in flames Tuesday night.

“A tragic inferno struck @CasaAramara last night,” Francis, 48, wrote on Instagram alongside video of the resort’s main building ablaze. “Fortunately no one was injured. There were 20 guests staying on property at the time of the fire and 20 staff working. The most tragic part about the whole incident is it could’ve been avoided or minimalize dramatically.”

He went on to claim that the Punta Mita homeowner’s association refused to give firefighters access to his burning property “for three hours.” He further alleged that a neighbor told them to let the luxe home “burn as much as possible.”

Francis wrote that the “damage is extensive” as a result, but “the other four buildings” on the 4,000-square-foot property were “completely untouched” by the fire.

“The main structure should be fully repaired in the next 3 to 4 months,” he added. “Thank you for all of your thoughts and prayers!”

The ultra-luxe Casa Aramara has been a home away from home for celebrities like Jason Derulo, Diddy, Eva Longoria and the Kardashians.

Casa Aramara has been frequented by several A-list stars over the years, including Hailey Baldwin, Diddy, Kanye West and the Kardashian family.

Francis opened the seaside estate in 2013 and it has been featured on Bravo’s “Million Dollar Decorators” and E!’s “Keeping Up With the Kardashians.”

Last year, the entrepreneur was arrested in Mexico and charged with domestic violence after being accused of grabbing a woman by the neck and spitting at her to give her COVID-19, just one day after he was reportedly diagnosed with the virus.

The charges were dropped on the condition that Francis attend six months of psychological therapy, which police said he has since completed.
