Julia Butters Cast In A Lead Role in Steven Spielberg's Movie Based On His Childhood!

Julia Butters is the latest star to join Steven Spielberg‘s upcoming film!

The 12-year-old actress will join a handful of other stars in the movie, which is based on the famed director’s childhood.

Deadline reported that Julia will play the sister to the young filmmaker (Gabriel LaBelle) at the center of the story.

The flick will also star Michelle Williams in a role inspired by his mom, Paul Dano in a role inspired by his father and Seth Rogen as his favorite uncle.

Steven co-wrote the script alongside Tony Kushner. Filming is expected to begin this summer, with a 2022 release date.
