The home where Charles Manson’s followers brutally murdered the LaBianca family over five decades ago has finally found a buyer.
After nearly eight months on the market, the home was forced to sell at a discounted price, at $1,875,000.
Zachary Bagans, a paranormal investigator and actor, initially purchased the home in 2019 for $1.889 million. He first attempted to sell it a year later for $2.2 million.
The new owner of the home is someone who wishes to keep a low profile, according to TMZ.
Bagans revealed that he had hoped to shoot a project at the home, but reversed course after going to the house and realizing it would be best to let it be out of respect to the LaBianca family.

Made up of two bedrooms and two bathrooms and spanning a modest 1,655 square feet, the 1920’s abode is situated in the Los Feliz neighborhood.
The gated single story home was last renovated in March before it sold.
Features of the home include front views of the Silver Lake Hills and Downtown Los Angeles, and back views of Griffith Park, Glendale and the San Gabriel Mountains.

Other features include an expansive living room with a gas fireplace and Italian tile floors, which open to a formal dining room. A covered patio overlooks the pool, which is surrounded by lush greenery, including mature fruit trees for optimal privacy.

On August 10, 1969, Manson’s followers brutally stabbed Leno and Rosemary La Bianco to death.
The night prior, a group murdered an eight-and-a-half months pregnant Sharon Tate, who had been stabbed more than 16 times. Her friends, Jay Sebring, Wojciech Frykowski and Abigail Folger, were also murdered in the home owned by director Roman Polanski that night.
