As I start to ramp down my cals (primarily fats), I’m looking for desserts or snacks in general that are low to no fat.
Right now each meal is a maximum of 15g of fat, 5 meals total per day (75g of fat total per day).
Any recommendations? Anything like cookies/ice cream/muffins.
A limitation, there’s no Aldi grocery stores in my area.. they sell an incredibly low fat ice cream that’s pretty damn good.
