Ugandan Ministry of ICT creates database of software developers

The Ministry of ICT & National Guidance has partnered with the Uganda Institute of Information and Communications Technology (UICT) and the Japanese International Cooperation Agency (JICA) to create a database of domestic software engineers and developers, who will be engaged in programming projects both locally and internationally, Techjaja reported. Anyone can provide their details if they are a software engineer or a developer, and the information will be handled with confidentiality.
