Bhopal, June 16 (UNI) Continuing a heavy artillery barrage against the Congress, Madhya Pradesh Home Minister Narottam Mishra alleged on Wednesday that the party has lost even the minorities’ confidence and that was “amply evidenced” by recent electoral debacles in West Bengal and Kerala.
“The Congress views minorities as nothing more than a mere vote bank and the people in question have comprehended that reality. Irrespective of the level of hypocrisy it descends to, the Congress shall not receive minorities’ votes in Uttar Pradesh as well,” the politician conveyed via social media.
