Sub:  Final Order Under Sections 11(1), 11(4),114A, 11B(1) and 11B(2) of the Securities and Exchange Board  of  India  Act,1992  read  with  Securities  and  Exchange  Board  of  India (Procedure for Holding Inquiry and Imposing Penalties) Rules, 1995, in respect of Shri Research Services(Proprietor: Gourav Kumar Gour).

SEBI vide its order no. WTM/AB/WRO/WRO/12281/2021-22 dated June 16, 2021 has inter-alia the  Noticees  are  debarred  from  accessing  the  securities  market,  directly  or indirectly  and  are  prohibited  from  buying,  selling  or  otherwise  dealing  in  the securities market, directly or indirectly in any manner whatsoever, for a period of 2 (two) years from the date of this order or till the expiry of 2 (two)years from the  date  of  completion  of  refunds  to  investors  as  directed  in  paragraph  17(i) above Order, whichever is later.

This Order is effective from the date of the order.

A copy of the said Order is attached herewith and available on the SEBI website www.sebi.gov.in.

Trading members are advised to take note of the same and ensure compliance.
