Brazil adopts law that guarantees free internet to students and teachers

The Brazilian government has adopted and already implemented a law that guarantees free internet access for needy students and teachers on the public network, reports G1. A total of BRL 3.5 billion will be allocated to states, municipalities and the Federal District for actions to promote connectivity.
