Novak Djokovic scripted a stunning comeback in the final of the French Open 2021 after dropping the first two sets against Stefanos Tsitsipas. The World No. 1 tennis star brilliantly counter attacked and ended up winning the title.

After the magnificent victory, Djokovic went over to the stands and gave his racquet to a young fan who the Serb said had been providing support and advice to him. After receiving the gift, the youngster was over the moon.

Talking about the kid after the game, Djokovic said, "I don't know the boy, but he was in my ear the entire match basically, especially when I was two sets to love down."

"He was encouraging me. He was actually giving me tactics, as well. He was like, 'hold your serve, get an easy first ball, then dictate, go to his backhand,' Djokovic added.

"He was coaching me - literally. "I found that very cute, very nice. So I felt like to give the racquet to the best person was him after the match. "That was kind of my gratitude for him sticking with me and supporting me," The Serbian national further claimed.

The wonderful gesture by Djokovic is being appreciated globally. Novak won the French Open title for the second time in his illustrious career. He went past the 'King of Clay' Rafael Nadal in a hard fought semi-final before defeating Greek tennis star Tsitsipas in the all-important final.
