This is further to notice no. 20210226-60 dated February 26, 2021, notice no. 20210312-11 dated March 12, 2021, notice no. 20210324-5 dated March 24, 2021 & notice no. 20210326-48 dated March 26,2021 in respect of “Enhancement of UCC Registration Structure”. Members are requested to refer to attached “Annexure I”- Revised Client Registration Structure. 

Members can add/modify details in the existing UCC record/s using below options: 

1. Option I (Bulk Upload): (using attached client registration structure)  
   
   Path: Admin > Client Details > Client Master Upload 
   Client Type: Modification 
     
2. Option II (Manual Entry): 
   
    Path: Admin > Admin Reports > Client Master Report 
   
    For modifying any details in existing UCC record using Bulk Upload / Manual Entry in NEW UCC format, entire name in old format i.e. CLIENT APP. NAME 1/2/3/Guardian shall be entered in Primary Holder/Second Holder/Third Holder/Guardian First Name respectively. 
   
    Illustration: 
   
    For Individuals: If an existing Client App. Name 1 is mentioned as “ALEX BERNARD DIAS” while modifying, member will have to mention his full name as “ALEX BERNARD DIAS” in Primary Holder First Name field, Middle Name and Last name fields will be left as blank. 
   
    On behalf of Minor: Client App. Name 1 is mentioned as “ALEX BERNARD DIAS” while modifying, member will have to mention his full name as “ALEX BERNARD DIAS” in Primary Holder First Name field. 
   
   Guardian Name “BERNARD ROCK DIAS” will be mentioned as “BERNARD ROCK DIAS” in Guardian First Name. 
   
   For Non-Individuals: Client App.Name 1 mentioned as “BOMBAY 69” while modifying , member will have to mention his full name as “BOMBAY 69” in Primary Holder First Name field.
    
   All members using third party vendor solutions and/or in-house developed trading application are hereby requested to take note of the same. 
   
   The enhanced UCC Registration Structure shall go live on June 25, 2021 (post market hours).
