Voice critical to get the next 500 million in India to use digital payment

Unified Payment Interface (UPI), the mobile payment system had 100 million monthly active members in India as of May 2021, but it plans to push up this number to 500 million by 2025. One of the crucial technologies that will help in increasing this number will be voice-based applications.

But with India having over 20 national languages and many more dialects breaking this language conundrum will not be easy.
