The Gladiators are having one of the worst campaigns managing just one win so far in seven outings. They have faced 10 wickets and 61 runs defeat against Islamabad United and Peshawar Zalmi respectively in the last two games. The Gladiators do have a couple of more games remaining but their chances of qualifying to the next round are highly unlikely. Moreover, this will be the second time Quetta Gladiators will square off against the Lahore Qalandars. When both teams met previously at National Stadium in Karachi, Qalandars registered a thumping 9 wickets win over Gladiators after comfortably chasing 179 runs target in just 18.2 overs.
Lahore Qalandars, meanwhile, is comfortably sitting on the second spot with five wins and two defeats in seven encounters. They are lagging behind the table-toppers Islamabad United in the net run rate and will be eyeing to reclaim the top spot, making a double over the Gladiators.
An enthralling battle is expected to take place when both the teams will square off in Abu Dhabi tomorrow. The match will start at 06:30 PM IST.
