Hi,
I do the following exercises on the same day when strength training (other days are cardio):
-Planks
-Chin ups
-Pull ups
-Push ups
-Dips
If I circuit trained (I workout at home), what do you think would be the best order to do them in?
I wouldn't change the exercises, just the order I do them in.
