Samsung is widely rumored to be working on next-gen foldable smartphones Galaxy Z Fold 3 and Galaxy Z Flip 3. It also has new smartwatches under development that will likely be called Galaxy Watch 4. We have heard details about possible specifications and features but information about the release timeline has been limited.

Max Weinbach, a well-known tipster, has tweeted that the next Galaxy Unpacked event is scheduled for August 3rd. He did not mention the name of the event but talked about devices that will launch that day. The tweet said, "On 8/3 2 3s will be released with 2 4s as well". It is talking about the devices that we mentioned in the beginning.

This is all that Weinbach revealed but we do know a few details from past leaks. The Galaxy Z Fold 3 and Galaxy Z Flip 3 will be the next-gen foldable smartphones. The first one will be a premium offering and the second will be relatively cheaper. The latter is aimed at those who want to try out the foldable experience without spending a lot. The Fold 3 is commonly tipped to sport an under-display camera that will make only one of the few devices to have it. It is also expected to have S Pen stylus support.

As for the wearables, there are said to be two models in making i.e. Galaxy Watch 4 and Galaxy Watch Active 4. These are expected to feature significant design changes that will make them stand apart from the past versions. The 41mm and 45mm size variants are tipped to come with a 240mAh and 350mAh battery respectively.
