CONROE, Texas, June 14, 2021 /PRNewswire/ -- Spirit of Texas Bancshares, Inc. (NASDAQ: STXB) (the "Company"), the bank holding company for Spirit of Texas Bank, today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend in the amount of $0.09 per share of the Company's common stock.  The dividend is payable on June 30, 2021 to shareholders of record at the close of business on June 25, 2021.
