JAISALMER: Revenue minister Harish Choudhary on Sunday called a press conference over rumours of his resignation, his audio in Punjab case and Sonia Gandhi calling him to Delhi.
Refuting rumours of his resignation, he said that chief minister has made him the minister.”I have got minister post on faith and worth. The day I feel I’m losing faith I will submit my resignation. Situation of someone asking resignation from Harish Choudhary will never arise,” he added.
In Kamlesh Prajapat encounter case, he said that he has requested the chief minister to get this case investigated by CBI. He said that he has not got politics in legacy and has moved ahead with struggle. He has reached this stage due to people and today few people keeping gun on others' shoulders are defaming him but their intentions will never be fulfilled.
He said that his image is being maligned by levelling fake allegations. Refuting allegations about chief minister asking for his resignation on Punjab incident and Prajapat encounter, he said that it is all taking place on the indication of power brokers.
He said that news against him was planted for which he will take legal action. Besides, allegations are being levelled through manipulated news, he said.
Giving clarification about Punjab chief minister Amarinder Singh, Choudhary said that phone calls of Punjab MLAs are being recorded then why are recordings not being public.
He said that if anyone has any video or audio tape then they should bring it before him. He did not have any talks with high command and all allegations are baseless.
