Share price of LIC Housing falls as Nifty weakens

Shares of Finance Ltd. slipped 0.03 per cent to Rs 521.8 in Monday's trade as of 01:23PM (IST).

The stock hit a high price of Rs 524.05 and low of Rs 508.05 during the session.

The return on equity (ROE) for the stock stood at 13.15 per cent. Traded volume on the counter stood at 01:23PM shares and turnover at Rs 13.29 crore around that time.

The stock of LIC Housing Finance Ltd. quoted a 52-week high and 52-week low prices of Rs 542.35 and Rs 255.0, respectively.

The Beta value of the counter, which measures its volatility in relation to the broader market, stood at 1.33.

Promotor/FII Holding
Promoters held 40.31 per cent stake in the company as of 31-Mar-2021, while foreign investors held 28.2 per cent and domestic institutional investors had 16.82 per cent.

Key Financials
The company reported consolidated sales of Rs 4926.65 crore for the quarter ended 31-Dec-2020, down 1.22 per cent from previous quarter's Rs 4987.64 crore and down 1.59 per cent from the year-ago quarter's Rs 5006.12 crore.

Net profit after tax for the latest quarter stood at Rs 722.87 crore, up 20.03 per cent from the same quarter a year ago.
