WWE NXT: NXT Great American Bash pay-per-view announced for July 6

WWE NXT: WWE has announced the next NXT pay-per-view event WWE NXT Great American Bash, for July 6. Notably, the PPV event will take place before WWE Money in the Bank PPV slated for July 18 in front of the live audience.

WWE NXT Great American Bash

WWE NXT: The Great American Bash was one of the premier PPVs of the main roster until 2011-12. However, it got scrapped afterward just like Armageddon, Judgement Day, Vengeance, etc. The company brought back the event as a part of NXT pay-per-view last year in 2020 and got a great response. Last year, it was a two-day event, but this time around- The Great American Bash will be a one-night affair.

The announcement was made tonight on NXT Takeover: In Your House prior to the main event fatal 5-way NXT Championship match. WWE has also confirmed that The Great American Bash will be streaming live on the USA Network.

No matches revealed yet!

WWE NXT: The announcement has come today, which means no matches have been revealed yet for the PPV event. The upcoming NXT episode will flag off the road to NXT Great Merican Bash, and the storyline match-ups will get revealed week after week.

NXT Next week

WWE NXT: Two segments have been announced for next week. General Manager William Regal looks to bring some changes to WWE NXT after what he promised at the end of NXT Takeover tonight. This change might indicate the build-up to NXT Great American Bash. Also, NXT Cruiserweight Champion will issue an open challenge.
