Should I increase my daily calorie intake as I gain muscle ?
I started taking my calories seriously about 3 years ago, and I weighed about 60kgs/130ish lbs so I ate 3000 everyday and that was perfect for me muscle gain wise, but I weigh like 74kg/163lbs now and when I eat 3000 calories I don’t feel as full and pumped as I used too but I am still gaining muscle. Should I increase my calories slightly to like 3200? Because pretty much all the weight I’ve gained has been muscle and I’ve been seeing that more muscle means more calories
Yeah I get you that’s what I was thinking, what I forgot to mention was it’s only recently where I’ll eat 3000 n feel not as full as I used too but if I eat slightly more I get the same pumped feeling I used too
