Hyderabad, Jun 13 (UNI) Telangana Agriculture Minister Singireddy Niranjan Reddy has said that the 7th Rythu time Bandhu Scheme funds will be released from August 15.
In a statement here on Sunday, Mr Reddy said that as per The Chief Commissioner of Land Administration (CCLA) list over 63.25 lakh farmers are eligible for Rythu Bandhu scheme in the state. Rs 7508.78 crore is required to disburse to 150.18 lakh acres of agriculture land belonging to eligible farmers.
The Minister said 66,311 acres of land belonging to 2.81 lakh farmers are added this time as compared to last Yasangi.
For the first time eligible farmers are required to submit Pattadar Passbook, Bank Passbook and Aadhaar card to the local AEOs, AOs. Farmers do not worry about the merger of the banks, he said.
The Minister said the highest number of 4,72,983 farmers are eligible in Nalgonda district. The total land is 12.18 lakh acres and the amount is Rs 608.81 crores.
The lowest number of eligible farmers are 39,762 in Medchal Malkajgiri district. The total land is 77,000 acres and amount is Rs 38.39 crores, the statement added.
