Covid-19: 1,577 new cases detected in Kolhapur

Kolhapur, Jun 12 (UNI) As many as 1,577 fresh Covid-19 patients and 40 deaths were reported in a single day today, taking the district's tally of such cases to 1,31,724 and the toll to 4,135, respectively.
On the other hand, 1,468 more patients were discharged during the day across the district, taking overall count of recoveries to 1,15,020.
There are now 12,569 active cases in the district, an official report said.
