The second wave of the coronavirus epidemic across the country is not over yet. This is the reason why doctors are losing their lives every day while saving the lives of Kovid infected patients. So far 719 doctors have lost their lives in the second wave of the epidemic. According to the Indian Medical Association, 111 doctors have died in Bihar and 109 in Delhi, while 79 doctors have died in Uttar Pradesh and 63 in West Bengal due to Corona.

According to the IMA, a total of 1,467 doctors have died since the start of the coronavirus pandemic. 748 doctors lost their lives during the first wave of the pandemic. According to the IMA, most doctors between the ages of 30 and 55 have lost their lives during the second wave of Kovid-19, including resident doctors and doctors working as interns. Apart from these doctors, many pregnant women doctors have also lost their lives in the line of duty.

The second wave of the coronavirus epidemic across the country seems to be subsiding now. 84,332 new cases of coronavirus have been found in India during the last 24 hours. With this, the total number of positive cases of corona in the country has gone up to 2,93,59,155. After 4,002 new deaths during this period, the total number of deaths has reached 3,67,081. 1,21,311 people have also been cured in a day. The total number of active cases in the country is 10,80,690.

More than 24.93 crore doses of vaccine have been given in the country so far.

According to the Union Health Ministry, more than 24.93 crore doses of the anti-corona vaccine have been given in the country so far. A total of 31,50,368 doses of the vaccine were administered on the 147th day (June 11) of the vaccination campaign. Of these, 28,48,435 beneficiaries were given the first dose of the vaccine, and 3,01,933 were given the second dose.
