DDMA issues SOPs for weekly markets in national capital
The Delhi government on Sunday said weekly markets, barring those in containment zones, will be allowed to open between 4pm and 10pm for one week. The Delhi Disaster Management Authority (DDMA), which issued standard operating procedures for weekly markets, said only asymptomatic customers will be allowed in them. (PTI)
From Monday, all public activities were allowed; however, there would be certain restrictions. The markets, which were allowed to open from last Monday under odd-even rules, now from next Monday all shops are allowed to open. Restaurants will be allowed to restart in the city with 50 per cent seating capacity.

In a unique initiative, the Delhi Metro is organizing a campaign to raise awareness about the benefits of vaccination against Covid-19 at DMRC's construction sites across the National Capital Region (NCR). According to a press release, As part of this week-long campaign, a series of street plays targeting small groups with a limited number of workers are being organized at the construction sites since last Wednesday.
