REC sold 30 million shares to SBI Mutual Fund at Rs. 27.1 apiece.

MUMBAI: on Friday sold a part of its stake in fellow state-owned enterprise to SBI Mutual Fund and Valeo Global Fund through two separate block deals on BSE.

REC sold 30 million shares to SBI Mutual Fund at Rs. 27.1 apiece, and 20 million shares to Valeo Global Fund at the same price.
