The 30-year-old victim, who has not been named, was walking down Rutland Road near Brooklyn Ave in East Flatbush around 10.15am Thursday when the man he didn't know began shouting at him, according to the NYPD.

The suspect was last seen wearing a white T-shirt and a backpack on his chest, making hand gestures to the victim off camera in the video clip of the exchange.

The NYPD Hate Crime Task Force is investigating Thursday's anti-Semitic incident, one of many the department has taken on in recent months.

Just last month, the Task Force investigated two possibly connected anti-Jewish incidents that happened in Brooklyn.

The first incident took place in front of a synagogue in Borough Park, where three unidentified males inside a blue Toyota Camry parked outside while yelling anti-Semitic statements, according to ABC7 NY.

Police added they specifically yelled 'Free Palestine! Kill all Jews!' at four male victims standing outside the synagogue, who entered the Jewish house of worship and locked the door.

Two of the suspects then exited the Camry and began to bang on the front door of the synagogue when they couldn't get inside, the news outlet reported in May.

Authorities say they kicked and destroyed a car's side window that had been parked near the synagogue.

Later on that same day, a second anti-Semitic incident happened on Ocean Parkway in the nearby neighborhood of Kensington.

Police say that a pair of 17-year-old and 18-year-old men were confronted by two unidentified males that demanded the victims make anti-Jewish statements, according to ABC 7.

The suspects proceeded to physically assault the two teens by punching them on the head before placing them in a chokehold.

The victims were eventually able to safely flee the assault while their attackers attempted to chase them with baseball bats, with a blue Camry being seen leaving the scene, according to police.

The Times of Israel report that the city has experienced a string of such assaults connected to the fighting in Gaza.

Pro-Palestinian and Pro-Israeli protesters clashed at recent demonstrations in Midtown, where 26 people were arrested according to the NYPD.

Joseph Borgen, a 29-year-old Jewish man, was beaten by a group of people in the middle of the street who yelled out anti-Semitic statements as he lay bloody on the ground during the Midtown protests last month.

'These are obviously Jews being blamed for what’s going on in the Middle East. That’s antisemitism at its core,' said Scott Richman, the ADL’s New York-New Jersey regional director, regarding the city's recent string of anti-Semitic incidents. 'These are people who were visibly Jewish and they were attacked, and they were attacked only because of who they are.'

A 17-year-old Jewish teen was hospitalized with a concussion after a group grabbed an Israeli flag he was holding and ran away with it, according to The Times of Israel.

The teen tripped while chasing after them and was then surrounded by pro-Palestinian demonstrators who cornered him before punching him in the head and arm.

'I’ll be looking over my shoulder when I’m walking in the street a bit more often,' he said.
